I'm thrilled to have you here. This blog is a collection of my experiences and the lessons I've learned throughout my (to date) 60-year journey in Life.
I learned the hard way that when someone you care about decides to make a sudden exit from this world, they have little control over their legacy and we who are left spend hours asking 'why'.
It becomes very hard to remember them as we would like to, and maybe as they would want us to remember them.
I'm not asking for statues, plaques, portraits or veneration, but I would like there to be some gentle and well spaced footsteps through my family, friends and relations.
I plan to share insightful recollections from my childhood, my career, working life and retirement. I would like these to be accompanied by cherished photos. While video footage is limited in my generation, this space is dedicated to my immediate family, both the older members, my peers, and including my dear nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Through storytelling, I aim to captivate your interest and leave you with meaningful takeaways.
